How to get it

  1. Speak with the woman by the lake on the Forest island.
  2. Find three Leeches lying on the ground around the Forest.
  3. Return all three to her and take the Leech Bait.
  4. Equip it and cast in the Forest to summon the Giant Piranha.

What the Leech Bait catches

Giant Piranha

The Forest island story boss. It does not answer the Beginner Boss Lure — it requires Leech Bait from the woman by the lake.
